Insect-based dog food on the shelves in the UK
Our very own insects were used to produce a revolutionary dog food for the UK. Yora is changing the world one grub at a time.
The insects in Yora’s dog food are the larvae of black soldier flies (Hermetia illucens) which are reared by Protix. Insects provide a relatively high 40% of the protein – with insect proteins being hypoallergenic and easy to digest. Great for dogs, good for the planet.
